We are now living in CO, just south of Denver. I am teaching second grade at St. Thomas More School. I am really enjoying
it. I have three children: Steven is a freshman in high school, Mary Kate is in sixth grade, and Michelle is in fifth. Just
like everyone else I am busy running from one after school activities to another.
Jackie Lubas Stivala
I am married to Bob almost 20 years. 2 kids: rob 14 and peter 10 yrs. I cart the kids to football, snowboarding, basketball
and club stuff. This is my first year (after 6) that I am not a Home & School Pres. somewhere. Still volunteer like crazy.
Have a great group of friends and there is always something in the mix. Sad news this year was that my dad died in Sept of
asbestos caused cancer. That was rough. We go back and forth to Florida about 3 times a year to visit my family. Oh, I talk
with Kate Swenson Heinz occasionally.
Carol Sullivan Fowler and Mary Ann Percarpio Jones visited the website but didnt update us with whats
been happening. Ladies drop me a note OK?
As for me I am still substitute teaching and running the In School Suspension program at the high school. I love
it. Vincent is a freshman in HS and was in the HS play and participated in winter track, he throws the shot put. Victoria
is in 6th grade and was on the Middle School tennis team and is also in her school play. Vince and I will also
celebrate our 20th anniversary in October. Life is good.

Spoke to Nancy the otherday. A bad e-mail address prompted the call. We talked for hours. Her and Jim are doing great.
They live in Whippany now with their two boys, Kevin who is in the 8th grade and Brendon who is in the 4th
grade. Nancy is teaching in a pre school part time and loves it. Jim works from home as an insurance investigator.

Hi Carol! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I am in the middle of a career change and things have been enjoyable,
but hectic. I completed my Masters in ESL in 2000 and am now teaching ESL part time at the elementary school level. The lease
at the yogurt store is not up yet, so I'm still involved in that as well. I hope to be teaching full time in September.

Greetings to all you great old St. E. ladies! Well, after spending yrs. saying I'm waiting to find out what I want to
be when I grow up, I found out! It's an oral historian of military histories, my passion, what I was meant to do! I helped
to start up the Center for U.S. War Veterans' Oral Histories @ a Militia Museum by me, the Jersey Shore. Jack, my hard-working
fireman husband & I are still married. Our 20 yr. old, Theresa, lives on the Upper West Side & is about to graduate
from her conservatory for Musical Theatre. Talk about finding your passion! Our younger one, John, is 15 and close to 6 ft.
tall, playing H.S. basketball, an altar server, and a future bottlecapper-in-training. My heart is with the O'Brien family
during this sad time. My prayers are with us all for a bit of peace in the near future! "Until we meet again, may God hold
you in the palm of His hand."

of serviceman. Please read it if you get the chance.

is working in Gerriatrics and loves it. She has 3 daughters and still lives in Newark with her husband who is a fireman.
She still keeps in touch with Connie Motley who is a teacher in Special Ed., and also with Andrea Walker. Andrea is also teaching
Special Ed.. Andrea and Connie get in touch OK!

I left my preschool job and now have a "real" teaching job as my husband calls it. I'm teaching at St Vincent Martyr in
Madison. I'm teaching 4th 5th and 6th grade math and also have a 4th grade homeroom for Religion. It's been a scary transition
but I think I'll be OK. I was so overwhelmed last week but this week was better. They tell me it will get better every day
and by the end of the month I'll wonder what I was worried about. They made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

MaryAnn Percarpio Jones
Hi Carol! This is Mary Ann Percarpio Jones. I don't know when your deadline is, but
I thought I'd send you some info! My family's growing up, and our oldest (Megan--17) is a senior at De Paul HS and islooking
at colleges! I can't believe it! It's wonderful for me that she included St. E's on her list. Matthew, 15, is a Freshman at
DePaul, Kelly is 12, and Billy is 9. It's been really fun to re-connect with some of our class about the new College Center
that's going to be built. I sent out CDs that had some yearbook photos of us, and some pictures of the new Center. Creating
the CD really brought back a lot of great memories for me. I'm hoping that our class can really make a contribution to the
Center, by banding together and each adding a little bit. Anyone interested in contributing or finding out more could email
me at jonesma@quixnet.net. My best to all for a warmer spring! Love, Mary Ann

Yes, Theresa made it into her first show she auditioned for, after graduating from AMDA last
May. (American Musical & Dramatic Academy) I was relieved that she's moved from NYC - I never realized the last couple
of yrs. how much anxiety her living there was causing me, until she was gone!
Patrice & her teenage daughter Taylor
got tickets to an L.A. show & met up with Theresa after - P. said it was like being back in Founders Hall 25 yrs. ago,
when she first saw me!
They went to eat between shows & she got Theresa back just in time, I believe... T.
had been on the road for 1-2 months at that point, had been away from home for Thanksgiving for the first
time, had turned 21 a couple days before seeing Patrice, You can imagine how all that was hard for me, not being able to
be with her for those events.... I think this experience taught me how deep the St. E's bonds go - I asked Patrice to give
her a hug for me - Patrice wrote later how much I'll enjoy the show when I see it. The whole meeting was as thrilling &
exciting for Patrice as it was for me. Time doesn't matter when it comes to a St. E's classmate & the opportunity
to make a connection. And for that I am so very grateful! : ^) Carol

Happy New Year back to you. Another crazy year come and gone. Too fast.
Still busy with the boys, part time work and just life in general. Looked
at some old St. E's
pictures the other day. My kids were laughing so hard. Again, too fast.
Hope all is well with you.

Hi Carol,
Glad you wrote me, I've been meaning to write to you. Carol's daughter,
Theresa, was in Los Angeles in January performing Oliver at the Kodak Theatre. My daughter, Taylor and
I went to see her. The play was terrific and Theresa was amazing! She's got such a beautiful voice with so
much power (whatever you call it!) Theresa went out for a quick dinner with us (she had another show to do that night).
I hadn't seen Theresa since she was a baby and here she was all grown up. She's absolutely beautiful too!
Hope all is well with you. Teaching is busy as you know. As always,
I'm looking forward to the next vacation!
Hope Spring comes soon for you!
Love, Patrice
